Editorial Standards
Brand Internet articles are guided by three standards:
- Reader fit first — We judge plans by the household that would benefit, not by speed claims alone.
- Contract clarity — We call out setup fees, annual price rises, minimum terms, exit fees, router return rules, and renewal risk.
- Availability honesty — Broadband is postcode dependent, so provider verdicts must explain where coverage, install path, or local network performance can change the answer.
What We Do Not Do
- Accept payment for favourable reviews or comparison outcomes.
- Let commission rates decide which provider appears first.
- Hide contract tradeoffs behind broad “best deal” language.
- Treat a live price or voucher as permanent when the provider may change it.
Updates and Corrections
Broadband offers and terms change often. When a plan, contract clause, provider name, or editorial caveat needs correction, we update the article date and keep the reader-facing explanation focused on the current decision.
